Bitcoin Education and Mass Adoption
Probably the thing that will work the most in Bitcoin adoption will be education. And this was true for those earliest Bitcoin adopters who made millions of dollars in fiat from collecting cheap Bitcoin.
Education is important for adoption. Educating people about Bitcoin, is going to help the number of users grow until it reaches to the point where it's effect is unstoppable.
So, to get to this point, people need to be educated and aware them that Bitcoin is a thing.
While it does look like there are a lot of people who are aware of Bitcoin at least, but still there are millions of people who don't know anything about what it is and how it works.
A report back in Feb, 2021 from Cryptonews.com estimated that there are around 100M individuals across the globe who have some Bitcoin.
100 Million is an impressive number but looking at the population of the world, it's like a drop in the ocean. Less than 2% of people of the world's Population are currently using Bitcoin.
That means, there is still a lot of work to be done by Bitcoin advocates in this regard.
Irrespective of the fact that Bitcoin is now more than a decade older, it's still in the early adoption stage. With the new technologies and products, it is the responsibility of the early adopters to teach the rest about the value and practical implications of Bitcoin.
Those who are using Bitcoin now, will have a crucial role in encouraging and teaching others about it.
Good that Bitcoin community is already hardworking in spreading awareness about Bitcoin. There are countless communities from all over the world, with a bunch of media publications, podcasts and influencers who are devoted to educate the masses about Bitcoin.
Most of the crypto platforms are also doing their part which are helping people learn and understand about Bitcoin but yet more effort is needed if it has to achieve mass adoption.
Schools and universities about Bitcoin, crypto, how it works and what are it's positive impacts on our society also should be provided.
This is the way to look for mass adoption bringing education to the masses.
