Do you know when you're working so hard and you're not sure it's all paying off? This is because some results are later to appear and immediate people tend to give up soon, get angry and change plans easily.
In the world of any business it works like this. And here on the blockchain too.
You aim to achieve a certain reputation. Gain a POWER value in some tribe or in HP. Depending on the work how you've been doing it can take a while. But if you're doing it right, it will happen. Sooner or later. The consistency of it will get you there.
We also have the fact that we don't know what tomorrow is. If really the HIVE value will go up or that token. Everything is a bet we make waiting for days like this. Shortcuts want to see their earnings and high values soon... Soon they give up. Especially when prices drop like they did recently.
In our day-to-day traditional work or in your own business it is also like that.
But there are important differences to think about.
When you work for someone and you have a boss, it's important to know that no matter how hard you work, you will never earn more than your boss. You will be helping to enrich his company. And often, you're an easily replaced part if the company doesn't recognize your value and thinks you're getting too expensive. The best way is to work and know how to save, invest and take care of your own business. To the point where you can quit your job and devote yourself to yours. That way you can grow much more and have the opportunity to earn more than your old boss.
It turns out that many people after they start working in their own business do not give the same blood, value and commitment that they used to do in the work of others (which is funny). And if your business is not a first-time success or going through the first crises, many give up, and go back to their old routines. Is it or is it not the same as what happens here in times of low?
Important to know is that it works in your business. Stay focused. When you feel that your day needs to be more than 24 hours, that you can't handle it all and that you feel good and happy about it all, because you are working for something yours and not for others and even if that is still is not making a profit, it is because you are on the right path. So keep going, don't stop.
Here I am, from the time I woke up at 8 am I haven't stopped and I still have a lot to do. And it's already past 22:25h. It's more than 14 hours working on my business and in the meantime taking a look here at blokchain and I go even further to be able to finish my day. Is it giving me a lot of profit? Not yet. But if I stop now, I know that day will never come ;)

Sabe quando você está trabalhando tanto e não tem certeza se tudo está valendo a pena? Isso é devido que alguns resultados são mais tardios aparecer e pessoas imediatistas tendem a desistir logo, se irritar e mudar de planos fácilmente.

Temos também o fato de não sabermos o dia de amanhã. Se realmente o valor de HIVE irá subir ou daquele token. Tudo é uma aposta que fazemos esperando por dias assim. Imediatistas querem ver logo seus ganhos e valores altos... Logo eles desistem. Principalmente quando os preços caem como aconteceu recentemente.
Em nosso dia a dia de trabalho tradicional ou em seu próprio negócio também é assim.
Mas tem diferenças importantes para pensar.
Quando você trabalha para alguém e você tem um chefe, é importante saber que não importe o quanto mais você trabalha, você jamais irá ganhar mais que seu chefe. Você estará ajudando a enriquecer a empresa dele. E muitas vezes, você é uma peça facilmente substituída se a empresa não reconhecer o seu valor e achar que você está ficando caro demais. A maneira mais correta é trabalhar e saber poupar, investir e cuidar de um próprio negócio seu. Até o ponto que você possa sair do seu trabalho e se dedicar ao seu. Dessa maneira você poderá crescer muito mais e terá a oportunidade de ganhar mais que seu antigo chefe.
Acontece que muitas pessoas depois que passam a trabalhar no seu próprio negócio não dão o mesmo sangue, valor e empenho que faziam no trabalho dos outros (o que é engraçado). E se o seu negócio não for um sucesso de primeira ou atravessar as primeiras crises, muitos desistem, e voltam as suas velhas rotinas. É ou não é igual o que acontece aqui em momentos de baixas?
Importante saber é que trabalhe no seu negócio. Continue focado. Quando você sentir que seu dia precisa ter mais do que 24 horas, que não está conseguindo dar conta de tudo e que você se sente bem e feliz com tudo isso, pois está trabalhando para algo seu e não para os outros e mesmo que isso ainda não esteja dando lucro, é porque você está no caminho certo. Então continue, não pare.
Aqui estou eu, desde a hora que acordei as 8h da manhã eu não parei e ainda tenho muito o que fazer. E já são passado das 22:25h. São mais de 14 horas trabalhando em meus negócios e no meio tempo dando uma olhada aqui na blokchain e ainda vou mais além para poder finalizar o meu dia. Está me dando muito lucro? Ainda não. Mas se eu parar agora, sei que esse dia nunca irá chegar ;)
