One of the things I didn't know any better before when I first dived into cryptocurrency was to think long-term. It's not too late however to start anew, thanks to Hive for teaching me many things and for changing the way I look at crypto-investments.

Gone were those days when I'd be nervous, get FUD'ed and let go of my cryptos even when the prices are in the lows. Guess most some of us are guilty of that, yeah? Although the speculative play is still there, at least I now have real goals born here on Hive from last year and they still remain - to keep stacking and staking the assets I know I'd be holding and keep growing until the need comes.

Thanks as well to the Saturday Savers Club initiative for adding in some more motivation through the weekly progress update. They are like a good kick in the arse for us to keep going.😅

And speaking of which, here's how my Week 12 looks like with respect to my year-end major and minor goals.

Leo Power

My Leo stake has increased by 261 LEO (from 10,782 to 11,043) which represents a growth of about 2% from that of last week and I still have some liquid in my wallets. And I would not stop sharing that LeoThreads is one of the sources of these micro-earnings which add up over time.

Hive Power:

27 HIVE (2.9%) was added to my stake during the week. These were mostly from rewards from contents created on the blockchain and of course, curation too. It's funny that all the while, I thought I have been staking HIVE daily only to find out this week that I missed a day (3rd March) hence, crossing out this month's successful PUM. Darn! But that didn't deter me to keep going and continue to power up HIVE for everyday nonetheless.

Overall, the growth of both Leo Power and Hive Power is good and I'm on track towards the target numbers so I'm quite hopeful to cross them off in the next 3-5 months (fingers crossed but the work continues).

That's all for now and if you want to join us in the SSC initiative, click on the banner below for the details or simply ask away in the comments.

Cheers to a wonderful weekend!
