Large difference between next Region and next Trac

Looking at the map below it looks like all of the Regions between 23 and 40 have now been claimed.

Guessing Guild responsible

I am guessing that a guild has decided that the Broken Lands region is where they wanted to stake their claim. That would be 17 Regions in one contiguous area.

I was hoping to get some streams and forest in my claim. Now I guess I will have to wait and see if the rest of Broken lands gets filled quickly or If I can grab a spot maybe down in the 50's.

What are your thoughts on the different land regions and prefered picks?

After the slow start at claiming deeds I was wondering if there was some special meaning to location. Now it looks like there might have been and certain groups wanted to get there plots/regions all together.
