¡Qué manera de comenzar el año 2021! He regresado de las clásicas vacaciones de cierre de un año y apertura del próximo; necesitaba este descanso para poder plantearme nuevos retos y crearme nuevos hábitos que me irán costando cada vez menos si me los propongo con disciplina.
Este es un año importante para mí en muchos aspectos de mi vida, así que no puedo desperdiciar ni un solo momento, hasta ayer Domingo decidí que no iba a realizar ningún tipo de trabajo (y aún así redacté este post jeje) para poder descansar una última vez antes de ponerme con mi nueva planificación.
El día de hoy he decidido unirme a una iniciativa muy genial propuesta por @theycallmedan, @leofinance, @aliento e @hispapro la cuál tiene por nombre «#financialgoals2021 Initiative» la cual consiste en colocar en un post tu estrategia financiera para este año 2021 para crecer en tu vida.

Así que vamos a responder las preguntas del post original:
What a way to start the year 2021! I've returned from the classic vacation for be closing a year and starting a new one; I needed this break to be able to set myself new challenges and create new habits that will cost me less and less if I set them with discipline.
This is an important year for me in many aspects of my life, so I can't waste a single moment, until yesterday Sunday I decided that I wasn't going to do any kind of work (and even so I wrote this post hehe) so that I could rest one last time before getting on with my new planning.
Today I've decided to join a very cool initiative proposed by @theycallmedan, @leofinance, @aliento and @hispapro which is called "#financialgoals2021 Initiative" which consists of placing in a post your financial strategy for this year 2021 to grow in your life.

¿Cuál será tu estrategia de inversión para 2021? | Which is going to be your investment strategy for 2021?
En primer lugar, debo admitir que en este momento mis finanzas no están para nada buenas porque tuve varios gastos (de los cuales no me arrepiento) para poder tener una Navidad increíble con mi familia y mis amigos, sabía que eso me dejaría con poco dinero para iniciar el año pero ya lo tenía planificado así que no me molestó en absoluto.
Como notarán muchas personas al ver mi Wallet, estoy en este momento haciendo Power Down, esta es una de las cosas más desalentadas de la plataforma por el hecho de que da un mensaje de desconfianza con respecto al socio que realiza este hecho, sin embargo, en mi caso es todo lo contrario; estoy haciendo un Power Down porque necesito comprarme un teléfono nuevo para poder montarme con mi creación de contenido como la tengo planificada de manera óptima.
First of all, I must admit that at this moment my finances are not at all good because I had several expenses (of which I don't regret) in order to have an incredible Christmas with my family and friends, I knew that would leave me with a little amount of money to start the year but I already had it planned so it did not bother me at all.
As many people will notice when they see my Wallet, I'm currently doing Power Down, this is one of the most discouraging things about the platform because it gives a message of distrust regarding the partner who performs this, however, in my case it is the opposite; I'm doing a Power Down because I need to buy a new phone to be able to set up with my content creation as I've planned it in an optimal way.
Actualmente ya tengo un teléfono bastante bueno como lo es el Iphone 6s, pero más allá de mejorar la calidad de mi propio contenido, quiero que @dimeshana pueda también grabar vídeos de alta calidad y en el momento que ella lo desee, ya que actualmente ella no posee un teléfono que le permita realizar vídeos muy seguido y para ella grabar, necesitaría el mío, así que al comprar mi equipo, mi Iphone pasará a ser de ella.
Entonces, mi primera inversión de este año será en un teléfono el cual me costará aproximadamente 240 USD, por lo que debo esforzarme en crear la mayor cantidad de contenido porque una vez yo alcance a comprarme ese equipo, volveré a realizar mis inversiones dentro de la plataforma (hacer crecer de nuevo mi Stake).
Currently I already have a pretty good phone like the Iphone 6s, but beyond improving the quality of my own content, I want @dimeshana to be able to also record high quality videos and whenever she wants, since currently she does not have a phone that allows her to make videos very often and for her to record, I would need mine, so when I buy my equipment, my Iphone will become hers.
So, my first investment this year will be in a phone which will cost me approximately 240 USD, so I must strive to create as much content as possible because once I get to buy that equipment, I will make my investments again within the platform (make my Stake grow again).

En este momento no tengo una estrategia muy planificada pero desde hace tiempo he querido invertir en puros Criptoactivos (fuera de Hive) como por ejemplo el Bitcoin el cual está alcanzando números increíbles y apenas está empezando el año, siento que podría tener un excelente fondo de ahorro a largo plazo ahí, pero nunca me he comprometido a realizar inversiones en ello.
Sin embargo, este año he decidido que voy a dedicar parte de las recompensas de mis publicaciones de Hive a guardarlas en Bitcoin utilizando la Wallet que me otorga mi cuenta de Uphold, de igual forma voy a comenzar a utilizar mucho Binance por la cantidad de buenas apreciaciones que me han dado mis amigos @arlettemsalase, @yonilkar y @memes777 sobre ello.
At this moment I don't have a very planned strategy but for a long time I've wanted to invest in pure cryptoactives (out of Hive) like for example Bitcoin which is reaching incredible numbers and is just starting the year, I feel that I could have an excellent long term savings fund there, but I have never committed to investing in it.
However, this year I've decided that I'm going to dedicate part of the rewards of my Hive publications to save them in Bitcoin using the Wallet that my Uphold account gives me, and I'm going to start using Binance a lot because of the amount of good appreciation that my friends @arlettemsalase, @yonilkar and @memes777 have given me about it.
Ahora, ¿cuál es la estrategia a seguir? Simple, este año me decidí a crearme una disciplina absoluta para postear todos los días en el sentido más literal de la palabra, quiero lograr una racha de por lo menos un mes posteando así que con esta publicación comienza mi racha la cual voy a mantener a como de lugar hasta el 4 de Febrero de este año, luego de alcanzar esa meta y crear ese hábito será más sencillo para mí el poder mantenerme activo por mucho más tiempo, teniendo como objetivo primordial el no fallar ni un solo día desde hoy hasta el final de este año.
Espero que situaciones externas no me impidan realizar este objetivo; además, este año quiero volver a estar en el top de líderes creadores de @threespeak por lo que quiero volver a hacer vídeos con sus respectivos subtítulos en inglés para llegar a la mayor cantidad de audiencia posible, este año será de ahorros enormes en todo sentido.
Now, what is the strategy to follow? Simple, this year I decided to create an absolute discipline for me to post every day in the most literal sense of the word, I want to achieve a streak of at least one month posting so with this publication begins my streak which I'll keep until February 4 this year, after reaching that goal and create that habit will be easier for me to stay active for much longer, having as a primary objective not to fail a single day from today until the end of this year.
I hope that external situations don't prevent me from realizing this goal; also, this year I want to be again in the top of creative leaders of @threespeak so I want to make again videos with their respective English subtitles to reach the largest possible audience, this year will be of enormous savings in every way.
¿Inversión preferida? ¿Criptomonedas, Bienes Raíces, Servicios Básicos o Acciones? | Preferred Investment? Crypto, Real State, Commodities, Stocks?
Nunca he invertido en algo que no sean criptomonedas, desde el 2018 que comencé invirtiendo en STEEM, de resto nunca he podido tener un capital alto (ni una verdadera disciplina y educación financiera) como para poder pensar en realizar inversiones; con la evolución de la economía he pensado en el hecho de que necesito ahorrar como nunca para que a largo plazo no me falte dinero, necesito producir y saber tener dinero de forma inteligente.
I've never invested in anything other than crypto-currencies, since 2018 when I started investing in STEEM, otherwise I've never been able to have a high capital (nor a real financial discipline and education) to be able to think about making investments; with the evolution of the economy I've thought about the fact that I need to save like never before so that in the long term I don't lack money, I need to produce and know how to have money in an intelligent way.
Ahora, si tuviera mucho dinero para invertir en algo, lo haría en dos cosas: Bitcoin y Bienes Raíces, en definitiva el tener una inversión en cosas que sean seguras para la humanidad lo vuelven una completa ganancia a tus finanzas; el Bitcoin está demostrando que será el futuro de la economía (al igual que las Altcoins como Hive) y los Bienes Raíces son indispensables porque toda persona necesita un lugar donde vivir.
Actualmente, mi hermano mayor vive en USA y él posee dos apartamentos propios, uno que alquila y uno donde vive, el primero le genera suficientes ganancias mensuales como para poder vivir bastante bien sin el hecho de tener que trabajar mucho; ese tipo de ganancias pasivas es lo que necesito para mi vida.
Now, if I had a lot of money to invest in something, I would do it in two things: Bitcoin and Real Estate, in short having an investment in things that are safe for humanity makes it a complete gain to your finances; Bitcoin is proving to be the future of the economy (just like Altcoins like Hive) and Real Estate is indispensable because every person needs a place to live.
Currently, my older brother lives in the U.S. and he owns two apartments, one that he rents and one where he lives. The first one generates enough monthly income to be able to live quite well without having to work a lot; that kind of passive income is what I need for my life.
¿Tienes un plan o una serie de objetivos sobre cómo usar y aumentar tu stake? | Do you have a plan or a set of goals on how to use and grow your stake?
En primer lugar, necesito obtener el equipo del que hablo en el primer punto de este post porque hasta ese momento, no podré dejar de hacer Power Down, sin embargo, luego de esa compra (la cual sé que va a suceder muy pronto) voy a proponerme en primer lugar el postear todos los días con una disciplina sin precedentes en mi vida, en segundo lugar, quiero dedicar 1 publicación semanal a las recompensas directas al Hive Power, es decir, a colocarlas 100% Power Up y adicional a ello, voy a comenzar a ser más activo en la iniciativa de «Hive Power Up Day» (HPUD) la cual consiste en hacer un Power Up de Hive cada primer día de cada mes de por lo menos 5 Hive.
First of all, I need to get the equipment I'm talking about in the first point of this post because until that moment, I won't be able to stop doing Power Down, however, after that purchase (which I know is going to happen very soon) I'm going to propose myself first to post every day with a discipline without precedent in my life, secondly, I want to dedicate 1 weekly publication to the direct rewards to Hive Power, I mean, to place them 100% Power Up and in addition to that, I'll start to be more active in the "Hive Power Up Day" initiative (HPUD) which consists in making a Hive Power Up every first day of every month of at least 5 Hive.
Tengo varios objetivos primordiales que me llevarán a cumplir mi objetivo mayor para este año: llegar a ser delfín, en el año 2019 pude alcanzar un tope de 2700 de Hive Power, empezando desde Abril activamente en la plataforma (sin ser tan consistente como habría querido ser), así que puedo alcanzar mucho más este año.
Muy probablemente, con un aumento más deliberado del Bitcoin (cosa que veo muy probable) en unos 5 o 6 meses posiblemente saque parte de mi inversión en BTC para hacer Power Up y así hacer una centrífuga financiera con mis propios criptoactivos, ya que de las recompensas de curación y el APR me podrían generar ganancias que podría reinvertir en BTC de nuevo.
I've several primary goals that will lead me to fulfill my major objective for this year: to become a dolphin, in 2019 I was able to reach a top of 2700 Hive Power, starting from April actively on the platform (without being as consistent as I would have liked to be), so I can achieve much more this year.
Most likely, with a more deliberate increase in Bitcoin (which I see as very likely) in about 5 or 6 months I'll possibly take some of my investment in BTC to power up and thus make a financial centrifuge with my own cryptoactives, as the healing rewards and APR could generate profits for me that I could reinvest in BTC again.
Mi predicción sobre el precio del HIVE y el LEO | My prediction about HIVE & LEO price
No hay que ser muy inteligente para saber que el precio de la criptomoneda HIVE y el token LEO van para el cielo, sin embargo, hay que hacer un pequeño análisis del comportamiento de ambos para poder especular un precio que estaría acorde a la evolución del mismo.
You don't have to be very smart to know that the price of the HIVE crypto currency and the LEO token go to heaven, however, you have to make a small analysis of the behavior of both to be able to speculate on a price that would be in line with its evolution.
Si ingresamos a LeoDEX podemos encontrar la gráfica que vemos en la imagen de arriba, en ella vemos el comportamiento del token LEO desde el 11 de Noviembre hasta la actualidad; yo no sé nada de Trading pero puedo asumir que por el patrón que se nota en la gráfica, el precio está aumentando y hemos notado ese aumento por las noticias que conseguimos en el twitter de @leofinance, las personas cada vez más están posteando en el Front-End de Leo Finance y haciendo Stake del token LEO... ¿les suena familiar?
Al mismo estilo del Bitcoin, el token LEO está siendo utilizado por cada vez más personas para crear contenido de excelente calidad sobre economía y compartir impresiones sobre la evolución del mundo crypto en general, entonces, a mayor cantidad de confianza se deposite en el token, se volverá más atractivo para los inversionistas y adivinen... ¡boom!
Luego de lo planteado anteriormente, podría afirmar (a manera de especulación) que el token LEO debería rondar entre los 3 USD para este año sin mayor inconveniente al respecto.
If we go to LeoDEX we can find the graph that we see in the image above, in it we see the behavior of the LEO token from November 11 until today; I don't know anything about trading but I can assume that by the pattern that you see in the graph, the price is increasing and we have noticed that increase by the news we get in the twitter of @leofinance, people are increasingly posting on the Front-End of Leo Finance and making Stake of the LEO token . Does it sound familiar?
In the same style as Bitcoin, the LEO token is being used by more and more people to create high quality content about economics and to share impressions about the evolution of the crypto world in general, so the more confidence you place in the token, the more attractive it becomes to investors and guess what? boom!
After the above, I could say (by way of speculation) that the LEO token should be around 3 USD for this year without any major inconvenience.
Por otra parte, si vemos el comportamiento del Hive en Coingecko, obtenemos el gráfico que está arriba, ahí podemos ver un comportamiento bastante particular; con la situación que llevó a cabo la creación de HIVE, durante el lanzamiento la criptomoneda alcanzó un precio máximo de 0.91 USD el día 26 de Abril del año 2020, esto fue una locura para todos los que estábamos llegando porque basados en la experiencia vivida en el año 2019 en la blockchain de Steem, el hecho de que la criptomoneda llegara a un valor muy cercano a 1 USD estaba bastante distante.
¿Las razones? No tengo ni idea, posiblemente falta de inversión, desconocimiento del proyecto, etc. El año 2020 marcó una pauta bastante importante con respecto a la plataforma de Hive porque muchas personas (incluyéndome) han trabajo fuertemente para que las personas conozcan el porqué somos creadores dentro de esta blockchain, el potencial que existe como ecosistema para DApps increíbles como @threespeak, @dtube, @leofinance, @splinterlands, @ecency entre muchas otras que van naciendo a medida que pasa el tiempo.
Existen una infinidad de oportunidades para los emprendedores utilizando la blockchain de Hive como una plataforma de start-up donde pueden desarrollar sus ideas y darle impulso de múltiples maneras; todavía hay mucho camino por cubrir y necesitamos una campaña de marketing efectiva para atraer buenos inversores, pero siento que este año será clave, por ende, como afirmé el año pasado de forma objetiva, podría afirmar (a manera de especulación) que el precio del Hive alcanzará los 5 USD este año.
