Come molti di voi ben sanno un argomento caldo al momento è la controversia legale che la società a capo di XRP ovvero l'omonima RIPPLE sta subendo a causa dell'indagine messa in atto da alcuni operatori della Securities Exchange Commission, e che volendo vedere è un problema che non riguarda solo ripple ma potrebbe interessare anche ad altre società che detengono la loro cryptovaluta o la loro tecnologia blockchain distribuita per transazioni di qualsiasi tipo. Ora tra tutte le coin presenti non mi ritengo un simpatizzante di ripple perchè in partnership con questa società come molti voi ben sanno ci sono grossi istituti finanziari, come si può vedere anche sul sito o dai report aziendali, alcuni di questi grossi investitori si sono aggiunti dopo al progetto negli ultimi anni, mentre altri possiamo quasi definirli i padri fondatori. Detto questo ci verrebe da chiederci perchè un ente come SEC si diverta a pestare i piedi a XRP sapendo chi gli copre le spalle e perchè invece non ha ritenuto più interessante risolvere le cose a tavolino con un pò più di privacy.
