Hello my dear friends of the beehive. Today I want to talk to you about a subject that is very important for all of us who make life in this ecosystem called Hive.

For many it is fun to participate in a contest when someone calls to action, we are like the game of ¨Simón says...¨, someone said do this and we for winning the prize they offer many times we do not stop to think if I do or not.

Well, this time the decision of my friend @doze led me to think about the matter and in truth each one has his free choice to do what he wants, but this time I think it is worth more my conscience than any value in tokens that I can earn.

Our friend @bluemist is making the initiative for you to express your admiration in 3 witnesses of the chain of blocks, but let's talk a little about these witnesses, within the little I know about them and maybe you know more than me and I invite you to help expand our knowledge by leaving a pleasant comment.

After the creation of the platform, the witnesses are the second in the chain of command, they are the ones who make sure that everything works well, they are the ones who look after your publications and the whole ecosystem itself.

The most recent thing I can tell you about the Witnesses of Hive is that they were the ones who made the decision to make the fork that separated us from that page because they saw things that did not suit us, did not suit this crowd that makes Hive. For them the platform works well, for them there is balance in the ecosystem and for them we feel that sense of tranquility in Hive.

The Witnesses have distributed the communities for their observation and voting, it is hard work, so I do not want to say that one is better than the other since all are important in the chain. What I can suggest is that you check or review the list of Witnesses, which I think is about 100, since some of them seem to be inactive. Either because they are no longer on Hive and because some who recently took office are not on the list.

How do I get the Witness list? In your profile, next to your photo there are three stripes (hamburger) you click on it and a vertical black window will appear, select ¨Vote Witness¨. There you will get all the information about the Witnesses. The best thing we can do to help them is vote for 30 of them, those of your choice.

I believe that doing this, which is our duty, will make our Witnesses friends happier and the platform will be happier and therefore we will be happier.

Hola mis queridos amigos de la colmena. Hoy quiero hablarles de un tema que es muy importante para todos los que hacemos vida en este ecosistema llamado Hive.

Para muchos resulta divertido participar en un concurso cuando alguien llama a la acción, somos como el juego de ¨Simón dice...¨, alguien dijo hagan esto y nosotros por ganarnos el premio que ofrecen muchas veces no nos detenemos en pensar en si lo hago o no.

Pues esta vez la decisión del amigo @doze me llevó a pensar sobre el asunto y en verdad cada quien tiene su libre elección de hacer lo que le parezca, pero esta vez creo que vale más mi conciencia que cualquier valor en tokens que me pueda ganar.

Nuestro amigo @bluemist está haciendo la iniciativa de que expreses tu admiración en 3 testigos de la cadena de bloques, pero hablemos un poco de estos testigos, dentro de lo poco que yo se sobre ellos y que a lo mejor tú sepas más que yo y te invito a que ayudes a ampliar nuestros conocimientos dejando un grato comentario.

Después de la creación de la plataforma, los witness son los segundos en la cadena de mando, son los que se encargan de que todo funcione bien, los que están pendientes de tus publicaciones y de todo el ecosistema en si.

Lo más reciente que te puedo contar sobre los Witness de Hive es que ellos fueron los que tomaron la decisión de hacer la bifurcación que nos separó de aquella página porque vieron cosas que no nos convenían, no le convenían a esta multitud que hace Hive. Por ellos funciona bien la plataforma, por ellos hay equilibrio en el ecosistema y por ellos sentimos esa sensación de tranquilidad en Hive.

Los Witness tienen distribuidos las comunidades para su observación y votación, es un duro trabajo, así que yo no quiero decir que uno es mejor que otro ya que todos son importantes en la cadena. Lo que sí puedo sugerir es que revisen o revisemos la lista de Testigos, que creo que son como unos 100, ya que algunos al parecer están inactivos. Bien sea porque ya no están en Hive y porque unos que recientemente tienen el cargo y no están en la lista.

Cómo consigo la lista de Witness ? En tu perfil, al lado de tu foto hay tres rayitas (hamburguesa) le das clic y te aparecerá una ventana vertical negra, selecciona ¨Votar Witness¨. Allí conseguirás toda la información sobre los Witness. Lo que mejor podemos hacer para ayudarlos a ellos es votar a 30 de ellos, los de tu preferencia.

Yo creo que hacer esto, que es nuestro deber, hará más felices a nuestros amigos Witnesses y estará más contenta la plataforma y por ende estaremos más felices nosotros.
