Announcing corporate social responsibility strategies and having the CEO to speak about sustainability is just not enough. Initiatives have to be implemented and that’s where the CSR manager comes into play.
🤓 This person implements and monitors the company's environmental & social strategy and is responsible for raising awareness of the organization's commitment.
The scope of duties extends across all departments. These managers must be consistent with a company's vision and mission while ensuring that sustainability remains ingrained into the corporate culture.It is about creating social and environmental value for a company, while supporting a the business objectives and reducing operating costs.
