Newbie here

Hello, I have started posting on LeoFinance but I still don't get how this two platform works. At first I thought it was free to give upvotes to other authors. Then I found out that every upvote will ve deducted to your power. And now I have used it all. Can anyone tell me how to get more power so I can post, follow, and comment?
