Gods Unchained Flash Update - Forge Breaks Down Again and Another Airdrop For Flux Owners.

Gods Unchained has already been rewarding players with free GODS tokens for anyone that completes the weekly challenge. I wrote about it here if you want to join the party.

Today they tried to reactivate the forge and many players actually managed to use it for a while before it got taken down again. According to their Twitter announcement the issue is being handled but it could take some time as there is no ETA.

Fusing has also changed and now the GODS tokens play a key role in the process.

To fuse a ‘Common’ core card, you will need: 0.1 $GODS + 20 Flux To fuse a ‘Rare’ core card, you will need: 0.3 $GODS + 40 Flux To fuse an ‘Epic’ core card, you will need 0.7 $GODS + 120 Flux And to fuse a ‘Legendary’ core card, you will need 1.5 $GODS + 200 Flux

The more important part is that Flux owners will receive an aditional $Gods airdrop in the next two weeks.

We took a snapshot of all players Flux balances on 2021-10-26 12:03:15pm PDT, to be able to give players similar access to fusing at the beginning of The Forge being reopened that they would have had we not introduced the additional $GODS cost. Based on the associated calculations regarding similar access, we landed on 0.0054 $GODS / Flux accumulated. In the next two weeks, we’ll be distributing corresponding amounts of $GODS to each player, based on their Flux balance at the time of the snapshot.

If you have been playing the game actively in the past this airdrop can be huge since it rewards players with 5.4 $Gods for every 1k Flux they own. For reference, I started playing actively about a month ago and I have 1500+ Flux.
