The distribution is 24 hours late and sometimes it doesn't make sense even for me. Check the dashboard every now and then.

Let's say I pool SPS-BNB and stake them in the CubDeFi Kingdom (which is supposed to be staked them on Pancakeswap). Or should I add/remove LP directly on PCS.

To get those LP tokens you need to provide liquidity on Pancake so you already performed one action (add/remove liquidity). That should be enough to make you eligible.
