Ragnarok Is Coming

More details about the upcoming game on Hive have finally dropped and the game seems to be so much more than I expected.

There will be no inside benefits or premint for anyone, including 100% of the team, sorry Dan, nor will there be a public NFT sale of any kind!

The drop is proportionate to the total supply of HIVE (excluding the Hive DAO because DAOs can't claim, they don't have fingers!) So, for math's sake, let's say there are 100m HIVE (arbitrary numbers) & 10m NFT's. That means every hiver who claims will get 1 NFT for every 10 HIVE they hodl.

After every battle, your Gods or Titans do not recover health, so if you enter a battle with low health characters from the previous battle, they will also have low health in the new battle. You will need to heal your gods & titans using potions/herbs, which cost HBD.

Each god or titan can have up to 33 spells in the game itself. The spells themselves are collectible, tradeable NFT's. Spells consist of either magic spells like a direct damage attack (fireball, etc.) or summoned pets. Pets have their own stats (hp, attack ETC.)

HBD sink mechanics, 100% of NFT supply airdropped, well-thought-out game mechanics, authentic Norse mythology lore... I honestly can't wait to play this one.

Btw, in case you are wondering, Swap:Hive will not count toward the airdrop.

Melania Trump Launches NFT

In case you thought this year can't get any weirder Melania made sure that things won't stay that way. Apparently, she released a NFT Marketplace along with a "limited edition" collection that doesn't have a supply limit but a time-based minting limit. Minting price is 1 SOL which is about $170 for a very bleak jpeg that also has a 5-6 second sad music audio file attached to it.

Adidas Sells $23M Worth Of NFTs

Adidas NFT sale also took place last week with some minor errors here and there. First there was a minting error for those with early access and then one person managed to mint 330 NFTs despite the 2-per-wallet limit.

Despite all that people managed to throw $23M worth of ATH at them.

Stan Lee Resurrected For NFT Sale

NFT money seems to be falling out of the sky and Marvel also wants a piece of it. Stan Lee started tweeting again despite leaving this world a while ago just because he has one last NFT drop to promote.

I hate to call top signals but looking at the state of NFT markets right now, oversaturation has to become an issue very quickly.

Energy Web has finally released its staking platform with a boosted APY for the next 3 months. Stakers will get 21.79% on their staked tokens until late February.
