Zapper is one of my favorite portfolio tracking tools out there and their Season 2 rewards will soon roll out. Here are a few reasons why you shouldn't miss out on them:

Rewards are obtained by completing simple quests within the app and if we are to judge their value based on Season 1, you shouldn't be missing out on this opportunity. Those that claimed their NFTs from Season 1 can now sell them for a cumulative value of ~$700 on Open Sea. I personally failed to collect the last NFT and it ended up being the most expensive one, currently selling for $450.

The good thing is that you can complete the quests using sidechain networks like Matic or BSC. It seems that the quests are already known as they are already displayed on the quests page.

How To Complete Quests

Some will be unavailable to yo if you missed out on S1 but others are very easy. For the exchange quest, you can simply swap 2-3 Matic via the Zapper app and the quest will be completed. You can swap back after that if you want to.

Add/remove liquidity is also simple and works with small amounts on Matic. Just use the one-click deposit option to add liquidity on any available DEX through Zapper and you will be rewarded with the corresponding XP points. Everything else is very straightforward.

Completing a quest starts a cooldown timer so you will need to keep track of it if you want to get maximum experience points. Some quests will have a 24h cooldown period while others may reset in 12 or even less.

Claiming Can Be Expensive

Last season the NFTs were claimed on the ETH network but the fees weren't that bad. I claimed all of them for about $20. If the fees stay high at the end of this season, we may have a problem but I am hoping that the Zapper team will come up with a better solution.
