It's difficult to get to your goals but it isn't much you can do unless you want to invest funds into Hive. I also think it's quite tough to keep up with your goals but things like HP and HBD are reliant on other people if your focusing on curation and author rewards. So a goal like number of posts or comments is easier if you want more control.
