The game has a decent FAQ and it's fairly easy to get started. There are some tips on my weekly giveaway posts once you get use to the game system and you unlock ego.

It's as simple as starting up the game and just clicking start on missions. Energy recovers over time and it can be filled up using certain cards periodically.
