I would say that the hangover is never really completely gone. I am sure there are a few people who left and will not go back on and anyone who does a lot of research will find that information. So it could affect their decision on whether or not to invest into LTC. As for the delisting, I am not too sure but it could also be a factor affecting people's decision to invest as well.
