Well moving CTP into Listnerds comes with a few downsides so I don't really do it because of it. First off, there is a huge downtime to powerdown the CTP from Listnerds and staking CTP kind of gives CTP back only. Of course you can get some CTP back from the returns, I kind of prefer keeping it around for the CTPSB challenges.
