Yea I think it is fairly crazy since I don't think the housing market prices are sustainable. As for the price cut, I don't think I would ever feel sad for Steven Cohan given the large amount of money. The move towards rural areas is going to heavily affect those urban areas. If the cities raise their taxes to offset, then the people left will suffer and its a ongoing spiral downwards.
