While a conservation debt limit might make it survive more, it would limit it's adoption and I think most people here want it to be a stablecoin they can use. So I don't think the debt limit will be lowered and I heard some people mention that they want to increase it. I think the only other safety mechanism they can add is to add a 5% tax on the HBD to Hive conversions. If they do so, at least a part of the Hive will be removed from impacting the price.
