Hi Phul! I felt compelled to stop by, as I came across your post searching this topic! Yes! Tripple check what you are doing! And note to self-- Never work with your crypto when it is late at night, you are tired, and in a panic seller state! (Sigh) I was trying to send NEXO from my Nexo account to Coinbase... A rookie error on my part. My tokens totaled $750! I received the same messaging from Coinbase support. I feel the same way about being patient, although I could really use the money now. Can you please keep me abreast if you find anything out and I will do the same. Thank you for the post.
