Hopefully it does. I'm not sure either if the BSC people really follow this, or if they are just chasing maximum returns and try to get in and get out quick. It certainly marks Cub as safer than most, and that has to boost the credibility, and hopefully visibility of the project over time. Definitely good news worth spreading.
