Not yet, it would be the BNB address that you use - unless you just bought today on Sushiswap. The main token is still a Binance chain coin for now, and the bridge between BNB.RUNE and ETH.RUNE isn't open yet, but will be very soon.

Long story short, use your BNB address. As it doesn't show on Ledger live, the best way to see what your have and the address is to connect to Binance DEX.
