Binance chain can be added to your Ledger. It won't show up on the Ledger live Ap, for some reason it just doesn't. Once you take custody you can see whats in your wallet by connecting to the Binance DEX. Once The full Multi-chain launches and RUNE shifts to being native instead of a BNB token, a transition will occur. The other option would be to add a mobile ap wallet - Trust Wallet - and store them there.
