Very sorry for this terrible experience, I hope you can recover the funds. Do keep us posted.
Back then when I used Xapo before its operation stopped in Africa, I only transfer funds that I need to use onto the card, could you do that with a Binance card?
Your experience shows it is not safe having funds on the card when not needed.
