A digital network state is an interesting concept that am very keen on, it is a concept that is already taking shape to bring it to life in the digital world.
No doubt digital nations are going to be nothing like physical but on the economic side we might have digital nations outperforming physical economic nations.
Lol, people are not going to be jailed for breaking the rules in digital nations, there are going to be penalties, if we use Hive for example, people get downvoted for breaking the rules which would caused the community avoiding such person, so we are going to see more of this in the future. I look forward to a future of this kind.
