Few failed to understand when I wrote about paying for my flight with HBD recently, I had to write another article explaining the airline didn't directly receive HBD from me but USD. 1 USD equals 1HBD is the simplest form of money measurment I can think of.
I don't know Laffer but it feels great that someone with a finance background is talking about HBD without knowing it exists.
