Hola querida comunidad de LeoFinance, en esta oportunidad estare participando en una iniciativa que me parece muy acertada por parte de @rutablockchain para la inclusión de más personas y usuarios dentro del ámbito financiero de hive, en la comunidad de Leofiance. Pienso que esta es una promoción bastante importante y esto @rutablockchain hace un énfasis importante sobre este aspecto, la relación con el dinero. Desde que comencé e hive he notado que son contados las publicaciones que puedo leer en español sobre dinero en LeoFinance, hubo un momento antes de hacer mi post introductorio que incluso pensé que esta comunidad era solo para algunos usuarios específicos debido a que no observé en ese momento algún post en español.

Muchos de los que hacemos vida en hive somos latinos, al igual que @rutablockchain quisiera ver y compartir con más usuarios sobre el tema del dinero, parece que con nuestra cultura hemos dejado a un lado un tema tan importante en nuestra vida moderna.

En esta ocasión se abren las puertas a una nueva iniciativa para mejorar o dar los primeros pasos para mejorar este particular aspecto, estoy muy contento de participar en esta iniciativa, la verdad que me gustan este tipo de temas.

Iniciativa Mi Mejor Compra.

Ahora sí, es momento de presentar mi participación, para ello voy a mencionar dos objetos que en lo particular pienso que fueron de las mejores compras que he hecho. Tengo que mencionar que estos productos no son comprados con hives, estos los compre antes de conocer esta plataforma, además, siempre busco reinvertir mis ganancias en hive para tener un mejor rendimiento a futuro, así que no he retirado ni gastado hives para uso personal.

Para comenzar con esta compra debo mostrarles el contexto en el cual fue hecha la adquisición del equipo, tratando de no entrar en mucha polémica. Para los venezolanos es un factor común tener un mercado negro de divisas, esto es una realidad acentuada en nuestro país debido a las restricciones para la adquisición de las mismas hechas por el gobierno hace ya varios años. Hubo un momento hace en años anteriores que los venezolanos podíamos disponer de cupos electrónicos, los cuales una vez al año podíamos cambiar cierta cantidad a divisas a precio preferencial, cuando en los comercios normalmente se calculaba a la tasa de un dólar paralelo lo cual multiplicaba varias veces el costo de los productos.

Estos “cupos” los disfrutaban los viajeros y compradores por internet a famosas paginas como Amazon y Ebay. Particularmente solo pude disponer de los cupos electrónicos una sola vez, debido a que este paquete financiero lo otorgaban los bancos a través de tarjetas de crédito, las mismas son proporcionadas a los usuario de los bancos con ciertas características, para mi mala suerte, mi banco no me podía otorgar mi tarjeta de crédito debido a que aún no era mayor de edad.

El año que pude tener mi tarjeta de crédito y disponer de las divisas preferenciales fue el último año en el cual el gobierno daba este paquete financiero, solo pude comprar un IPhone 5. En ese momento era un muy buen teléfono, recuerdo que lo compré en el año 2015, teniendo en cuenta que el lanzamiento de este teléfono fue a finales del año 2012, a pesar de tener un año en el mercado, era considerado de los mejores teléfonos que se podían adquirir.

Utilice la totalidad de mis cupos o dólares preferenciales electrónicos, compre por Amazon este iPhone que me fascinaba, era un sueño para mí. Desde que vi el primer iPhone me enamore de esta marca y para mi poder tenerlo en mis manos era realmente un sueño.

Cálculos de la Compra

Como esa compra se efectuó en el año 2015 realmente no tengo una cifra exacta de los montos en comparación al dólar preferencial y a la calculada en el mercado negro. Tengo que recordar que a pesar de que el existía el dólar o divisa preferencial todo el comercio, absolutamente todo estaba regido por el dólar paralelo o dólar negro.

Mi teléfono costó 300$, era de segunda mano pero muy bien cuidado.

Los dólares preferenciales se calculaban casi 15 o 20 veces menos que el costo del mercado negro, para explicar mejor este ejemplo les muestro unas cifras en Bs pero ajustados a la tasa actual o cercano a la cifra que se maneja actualmente.

Si hubiera comprado el IPhone 5 en Venezuela con una tasa parecida a la que manejaríamos esta semana me hubiese costado alrededor de 300.000.000 Bs (actuales) sin embargo, como utilice mi cuota anual de divisas preferenciales lo pude comprar a una cifra entre 15.000.000 a 20.000.000 Bs (actuales).

Realmente una ganga de compra en comparación a los precios dentro del territorio venezolano, tengo que mencionar esta compra debido a la calidad del teléfono, ciertamente lo utilicé hasta este año. Pude disfrutarlo todos estos años es por esa razón que quiero mostrar esta compra en la iniciativa, por mi edad y varias fallas en el banco solo pude aprovechar esa compra.

Mi segunda compra es más reciente, es una laptop Lenovo, es la laptop en donde escribo mis publicaciones, esta es una compra que se originó por la búsqueda de repuestos para una laptop del mismo modelo.

Al tener desde hace años una laptop Lenovo G480 el tiempo no pasaba en vano, la batería se comenzaba a dañar y las teclas ya comenzaban a despegarse debido al gran uso que estaba proporcionando a la máquina. Buscando las piezas para reparar mi computadora encontré en Mercado Libre, la cual es una página Web en Latinoamérica similar a Amazon, encontré algo mejor que las piezas, otra laptop igual a la mía pero aun costo realmente bajo.

En ese momento, al comprar la computadora que era de segunda mano pero que estaba en perfectas condiciones me resultaba más económica que comprar el teclado y la batería que necesitaba mi antigua máquina.

Recuerdo que al ir a buscar personalmente a buscar la laptop en mi mente estaba el pensamiento de que podría ser una estafa, un pensamiento razonable teniendo en cuenta el precio en que la estaba negociando el dueño. Recuerdo que fui con mi novia, la que ahora es mi esposa, los dos con los nervios y ya con los números de familiares marcados en nuestros teléfonos para cualquier eventualidad.

Al llegar al sitio, el dueño de la computadora nos mostró finalmente el producto, la laptop estaba impecable, no tenía detalles, ni siquiera rastros de algún uso, el único programa instalado además del sistema operativo era Fifa 16, así que no dude en aceptar darle el pago. Al recordar esta compra mi esposa siempre se ríe porque al revisar la laptop mi expresión era de asombro, no era la postura para negociar, la clásica cara de póker que algunos hacemos para negociar en ese momento de felicidad y asombro no hacía presencia en mi rostro.

Al final del día obtuve una computadora prácticamente nueva por el precio de un teclado y una batería de laptop nueva. Una ganga, el costo fue de alrededor de 35$ solamente. La persona sabía que la computadora costaba mucho más, sin embargo, por motivos de un viaje necesitaba vender varias de las pertenencias que no utilizaba, esta laptop era una de esas pertenecías que no le daba uso, todo lo contrario en mi caso, la utilizo todos los días a cada instante.

Es por esa razón que decidí colocar estos 2 objetos en las mejores compras, además de que mi bolsillo no se vio afectado al momento de la adquisición de los equipos el provecho que le he sacado por mi trabajo ha sido grande.

Hello dear LeoFinance community, in this opportunity I will be participating in an initiative that I think is very successful by @rutablockchain for the inclusion of more people and users within the financial sphere of hive, in the Leofiance community. I think this is a very important promotion and this @rutablockchain makes an important emphasis on this aspect, the relationship with money. Since I started and hive I have noticed that there are few posts I can read in Spanish about money in LeoFinance, there was a moment before I made my introductory post that I even thought that this community was only for some specific users because I did not see at that time any post in Spanish.

Many of us who live in hive are Latino, just like @rutablockchain would like to see and share with more users about the topic of money, it seems that with our culture we have left aside such an important topic in our modern life.

On this occasion the doors are open to a new initiative to improve or take the first steps to improve this particular aspect, I am very happy to participate in this initiative, the truth is that I like this kind of topics.

My Best Buy Initiative.

Now it is time to present my participation, for this I am going to mention two objects that in particular I think were among the best purchases I have made. I have to mention that these products are not bought with hives, I bought them before knowing this platform, besides, I always look for reinvesting my earnings in hive to have a better performance in the future, so I have not withdrawn or spent hives for personal use.

To begin with this purchase I must show you the context in which the acquisition of the equipment was made, trying not to enter into much controversy. For Venezuelans it is a common factor to have a black market of currencies, this is a reality accentuated in our country due to the restrictions for the acquisition of the same made by the government several years ago. There was a moment in previous years when Venezuelans were able to have electronic quotas, which once a year we could change a certain amount to foreign currency at a preferential price, when in the stores it was normally calculated at the rate of a parallel dollar which multiplied several times the cost of the products.

These "quotas" were enjoyed by travelers and buyers on the Internet to famous sites such as Amazon and Ebay. Particularly I could only have the electronic quotas once, because this financial package was granted by the banks through credit cards, the same are provided to the users of the banks with certain characteristics, for my bad luck, my bank could not give me my credit card because I was not yet of age.

The year I could have my credit card and have the preferential currencies available was the last year in which the government gave this financial package, I could only buy an IPhone 5. At that time it was a very good phone, I remember that I bought it in 2015, taking into account that the launch of this phone was at the end of 2012, despite having one year in the market, it was considered one of the best phones that could be acquired.

I used all my quotas or preferential electronic dollars, I bought through Amazon this iPhone that fascinated me, it was a dream for me. Since I saw the first iPhone I fell in love with this brand and for me to have it in my hands was really a dream.

Purchase Calculations

Since this purchase was made in 2015, I don't really have an exact figure for the amounts compared to the preferential dollar and the one calculated on the black market. I have to remember that even though the preferential dollar or currency existed all the trade, absolutely everything was governed by the parallel dollar or black dollar.

My phone cost $300, it was second hand but very well cared for.

The preferential dollars were calculated almost 20 times less than the cost of the black market, to better explain this example I show you some figures in Bs but adjusted to the current rate or close to the figure currently being handled.

If I had bought the IPhone 5 in Venezuela with a rate similar to the one we would handle this week, it would have cost me around 300,000,000 Bs (current). However, since I used my annual quota of preferential currency, I could buy it at a figure between 15,000,000 and 20,000,000 Bs (current).

Really a bargain of purchase in comparison to the prices inside the Venezuelan territory, I have to mention this purchase due to the quality of the telephone, certainly I used it until this year. I could enjoy it all these years is for that reason that I want to show this purchase in the initiative, by my age and several failures in the bank I could only take advantage of that purchase.

My second purchase is more recent, it is a Lenovo laptop, it is the laptop where I write my publications, this is a purchase that originated from the search for spare parts for a laptop of the same model.

Having a Lenovo G480 laptop for years, time did not pass in vain, the battery began to damage and the keys began to detach due to the great use that was providing the machine. Looking for the parts to repair my computer I found in Mercado Libre, which is a website in Latin America similar to Amazon, I found something better than the parts, another laptop just like mine but still really low cost.

At that time, buying the computer that was second hand but in perfect condition was cheaper than buying the keyboard and battery that my old machine needed.

I remember that when I personally went to look for the laptop in my mind there was the thought that it might be a scam, a reasonable thought considering the price the owner was negotiating. I remember going with my girlfriend, who is now my wife, both of them with the nerves and already with the numbers of relatives dialed into our phones for any eventuality.

When we arrived at the site, the owner of the computer finally showed us the product, the laptop was impeccable, it had no details, not even a trace of any use, the only program installed besides the operating system was Fifa 16, so don't hesitate to agree to give him the payment. When I remember this purchase my wife always laughs because when I looked at the laptop my expression was one of amazement, it was not the posture to negotiate, the classic poker face that some of us make to negotiate in that moment of happiness and amazement was not present in my face.

At the end of the day I got a practically new computer for the price of a keyboard and a new laptop battery. A bargain, the cost was around $35 only. The person knew that the computer cost much more, however, because of a trip he needed to sell several of the belongings he did not use, this laptop was one of those belongings that I did not use, on the contrary in my case, I use it every day at every moment.

That's why I decided to place these 2 objects in the best purchases, besides my pocket was not affected at the time of acquisition of the equipment the benefit I have taken from my work has been great.
