We've got this little saying in our tribe, we call it...Plus 1.

The idea is to be better at sunset, than you were at sunrise. And if you out there, doing things, progressing, actually taking part in this stuff...You are getting 'better'. You have plus one'd!

So little bits every day, and they start to add up!
