My first LPUD: A Road To 1K
What's good Lions.
Today is a glorious day as I proudly can say I'm partaking on my first LEO POWER UP DAY. The road has been hard and long for I never really had a real chance to properly power up.
With the emergence of LEOTHREADS, I must admit I caught a spark of fresh air. I've always supported LeoFinance, at least on Web2 social media, these guys have been working their asses off to provide value within their project but the Hive ecosystem as well.
Shit happens but we have to take some degree of accountability in what we can handle. Some people mistake and maybe criticize the lack of commitment of Hivers when it comes to staking. Proof of stake besides providing benefits to holders, it gives an extra trust on the user because it shows the compromise we have with the blockchain. In the case of users that employ Hive as an alternate mean of obtaining income, it can be quite daring to fully be invested when it comes to staking and saving value. Make no mistake though,as I stated when I have the chance to be on Cryptomaniacs, although some may see us as bananas, we perfectly know what we're doing but most importantly, what is at stake.
It really fucking hurts to get rid of an asset you advocate and are 100% sure of the tremendous upside it'll have, yet, when necessity plays Thanos, we have to spend our resources in whathever issue is at hand.
Not all is bad though. In this house we have managed to slowly but surely increase our Hive Power, I'm on my way to 3K and now it's the turn to fill my Leo bags as a way to support myself and the whole project.
One of the things that really inspired me to take the effort and stake $Leo is CREW3 which I found thanks to @eddiespino. The Leofinance team is running some great contests by gamifying the actions we normally do on chain.
At first, I didn't have a clue of how to complete missions but then this happened while exploring on #leothreads
As you can clearly see, these suckers (kidding) dropped the cold water on me but I took that shiet as inspiration as of today I've managed to stake some Leo Power to prove this fella wrong!
Is not that much but at least is a start, everything adds. I'm very grateful for #leothreads as it has helped a lot in this mission as providing the chance to engage with great Hivers. I also want to thank @taskmaster4450le for the constant support and inspiration (the man is a machine)
As for the LPUD. Proof of brain baby. Let's fucking go!
