Marketing is flawed in so many respects and this is because of its competitiveness. Marketing cultivates misplacement and becomes diabolical and distasteful. It's become unrealistic especially when a person who a product is marketed to, see this ruse and understand that he's obviously the one who would make a choice to spend or not to spend.

Marketing research always aims to study the behaviour patterns of people, how they spend money, the percentage channeled to their family, what product sells more in a particular season and who eventually ends up paying for a product or service, the more research being done the more result a marketing prospects yields. It becomes harder everyday to predict people because people are changing and their means of income as well.

Marketing researcher tap into the lives of people deeper, aiming to think like the end consumer while making sure to appeal to their sentiments.

Marketer for example targets people who has the purchasing power, they target the people who can convince the one with the purchasing power and they even go ahead to make sure that it becomes impossible to ignore a product which they're selling whether it's totally useful to a consumer or not.

Marketing does not aim to satisfy, it aims to meet needs. A marketing script aims for numbers, "how many? To what extent? to what end?" This takes away the plausibility of a consumer being broke or in a state of unaffordability.

The fact that humans will always have needs that will be met whether they're financially capable or not is why marketing will always be a "thing".

Marketing is deeper than advertising because it taps into human behavioural tendencies and when it gets to its peak, it becomes diabolical "die early at 70, or live long till when you're 40" marketing phrases as this aims to hit the end consumer leaving them stuck in thoughts, when a marketing scheme makes a consumer buys a product they wouldn't have originally budgeted any Money for, this shows the diabolical tendencies to marketing.

Humans have flaws when spending and sometimes marketing hits these flaws and changes the original orientation or habits of people.

In some essence when people buys the brand and not the product, sometimes it's the effect of marketing that's been instilled into a passionate consumer. Nowadays big companies are putting more money into marketing more than their products thereby knocking out smaller businesses.

Marketing can mislead people into forming perpetual monetary habits that oftentimes might not even be right when evaluated. Taking a bottle of coke each and every time might make a person prone to diabetics in the long-run but then the way and methods of marketing wouldn't show this to a potential consumer.

Marketing deals with facts, tendencies and numbers, actions and predictions of choices and in the future we might have the use of artificial intelligence in marketing research, this basically gives the dominance to companies with mega money.
