Interactions plays a key role in bringing innovation, a different in the turn out of event which could change an unfavourable circumstances to a quite favourable one. and when you look at our world, change comes at a price, and he who can bring that change expects monetary returns or reward. when you look at public relations, look at negotiators or you look at public speakers you could see that these speaking skills can be transformed to realise financial dividends. we mustn't downplay the role of interaction. Places such as Facebook are what they are because of the originality of real users interconnecting and giving Facebook a financial relevance. The progress they've made over the years hasn't been just self innovations, but the valuable feedbacks of people which has made Facebook even better.

Without audience, a project can hardly be monetized. And an audience isn't just there. They're interacting, bringing value and making impact and this is why things like online survey, micro source jobs are often lucrative. While Facebook might expect their users to conduct a free survey, their are other places offering people money to offer their views and experiences towards a particular product, service or prospect. There's value interaction and it's a pity that most of the medias we have do not deem it necessary to provide their users a little percentage of the value they're adding to their platforms.

Why has crypto and blockchain technology gotten so much traction over the years, this is because it's gotten attention. The number of people involved with it is what brings value to it. The more people are associated with it, the more patency it attracts. Taking this down to hive, and leo. We have seen the rate of growth when people interacts with leo. Either by engaging or by visiting, or by staking or even contenting. It's the diverse forms of interaction with real time people that brings that value. One thing is, on a traditional social media platform people don't see how they're adding value because monetary promise isn't made but then in the present day, it's currently changing. While we must learn to redefine "user's experience" in essence monetizating it shouldn't be far behind.

Hence, I looked into engagement; I feel this is something we should rather begin to enjoy doing. In the real time world, engagement is how we communicate our ideas and live by and I don't see why we can't take it into our virtual lives as well. People game to derive fun and pleasure while enriching the owners of the game, this is of course not bad. But then I think we're heading into a future where the "giver and taker" will come into a sort of parity. That means even a user will begin to enjoy more dividends for using. One of the reasons why centralised institutions are fighting decentralisation is because it makes people more aware. It might take away the incessant control of these centralised entities and make people realise that they actually deserve better.

So it's important for us to understand that whatever we're doing, it's important we do it well and think longterm. If you're on the blockchain to simply be a consumer and add your voice, then be better at it. A time will come where audience and users will become more valuable and less "cheated and exploited". So having this disparity of top and bottom may not be there and that's why we should focus on the long term aspect of enjoying the social experience here irrespective of whether you think the social experience on Facebook is way better. The experience isn't way better, it's just that it doesn't challenge you to be better at being that part of an audience that monetizes their effort.
