Building The Means

To be honest, I'm a sucker for real-time investments as much as I am to crypto. But then, I haven't really had enough time to draw a roadmap. If you must know, coming up with an investment strategy isn't easy, this is because it's always a hassle to find and align with the best opportunity that suits one.

Sometimes people are attracted to the money but totally ignorant of the means with which to achieve it, sometimes there is a goal, an aim and an objective but time becomes an obstacle. All these are why one needs a strategy. With a strategy, it becomes easier to utilize the little you have. Believe me, having limited resources, but multiple goals is why we need a strategy, it's economical as well as futuristic in nature.

100% Crypto, Sucker For Real-time

To be simple, I'm 100% into crypto, and it's given me 100% traction, to be honestly one of my best investment strategy is to see the future in everything I do, this eventually kills the neediness of the present. This is purely psychological, but being futuristic on its own is a strategy. When I started out on this chain 35 months ago, my main desire was to learn, learn, learn and then to continue learning, this is why I cultivate stacking and diversification.

There's always the fear and jitter that crypto comes with so many risks, this is more of what we envisage more than what can be real. Having a real-time business doesn't have a warranty  against something as a fire outbreak or being burgled. In other to mitigate this fear what I actually did was try to get myself to be involved in some other crypto projects.

The benefit of this is that it makes you less dependent on one venture, believe me, when you're less dependent on a venture it gives you the confidence to see the risks of failure, but the reward ahead nullifies this. In reality, I wouldn't say I'm a guru when making  investment decisions, In fact, most of my choices has always been trial and error with a little of risk management and more of rational choices, with a bit of luck. when hive came into inception It was a no-brainer.

I could have kept my stake and continue on steem in a bid to have my eggs in different baskets, but no, I didn't trust steem, I might have missed out on all the millions when they began pumping the coin, but that's me, the risk of not seeing a future with steem was why I completely shut it down, the fact that I wanted longevity is why I'm here.

Building An Identity

For many others it's the money. But this doesn't drive my decisions. In April last year, I spoke with two people, one was a friend outside the chain and the other was @mistakili. I wanted to diversify, but I wanted to be careful and diversify into solidity, I saw this with LEO and this was how I made a decision to buy into leo (regrettably, I didn't buy as huge as I should have, but this is how it is). However, I'm always very careful, i keep it familiar, simple and short, It's why I buy into people rather than into money.

When you buy into money, there are risks. A lot of people here on hive have also influenced most of my crypto decisions, whenever I listen to them, I form my own strategies, understand that the money is mine and the Choices are mine, and they're just a guidance to me, so reading and following people who make smart crypto choices is a huge part of my investment strategy too, because this is how I've come to form my own identity.

Strategic Mutualism

In the beginning of my post, I talked about how I'm a sucker for real-time investments too and this is because I believe, I can take from my crypto holdings to build a solid real-time venture, while using the profits from this venture to fuel or pump funds back into crypto, one of the best thing is taking from Crypto, but taking reasonably, because of the insurmountable wealth that crypto will bring in the future.

When you completely take everything, it limits your choices of being part of the future that promises to be filled with abundance. This strategy is the one I'll call the strategic mutualism. Crypto helps to build real-time goals, but this isn't just where it ends for me, I can use these real-time goals to also build my crypto goals which in turn cements a position of financial freedom. I haven't gotten to this position yet, maybe in 3 to 5 years time of which I'm currently working on.
