We're all seekers in life and this is because every one of our actions is tailored toward finding answers. The life we're living in itself is a question. So we dedicate all our lives to looking for answers and some of the answers we find on the way are what determine the people we become.

Seeking for knowledge, for example, envalues us

...and even if knowledge becomes redundant, its value might still be relevant. So seeking knowledge and finding it does not just inform, educate or enlighten us, it can create opportunities. These opportunities can help us seek better opportunities and the cycle becomes endless until we hit a certain destination where we can seek no more.

Money is ubiquitous, it is the most sought thing in the world because it answers almost every wish and every desire we have.

The Value We Determine

Although we created and assigned the value it possesses, it proves that we can Collectively assign value to what might not carry any value logically. When people collectively assign value to a commodity, there's an agreement between them that that commodity carries value, but the only way we can ascertain the value of a commodity is if we're informed.

In 2019, it was said that a Nigerian fisherman caught a white martian that was worth $2m, but he ate the shark with his family because he wasn't informed of the value of the shark. For example, $2m was going to change his life completely, but eating the fish was also going to cure his hunger needs, he was unaware of the former but informed of the latter.

Because he lacked the first knowledge, he would remain poor for most all of his life

Need & Knowledge: Creating A Variety

However, not having Knowledge is a state, at each point in time, we can decide to change this for the better. However, deciding not to seek knowledge keeps us in the dark, prone to manipulation and exploitation, it takes away our ability to discern, what is valuable and what isn't, what to seek and what not to.

However, there are human restrictions when it comes to knowledge and sometimes we can either become a barrier or access it. We seek differently in life from our different perspectives, a lot of people seek according to their needs, but the truth is, life is always in transcension.

But We Can Reshuffle

We go from the knowledge we have to that which we do not and we go from that which we need to that which we might need. We cannot ascertain the knowledge that would forever remain useful to us, however, the usability of knowledge and not its longevity is what we often consider, because no one stops their learning process, or else they might stop living, not physically but literally.

We're naturally meant to be seekers and when we become passive in our quest for knowledge, we become redundant along the way. While knowledge is achievable, the value it might carry might make it unobtainable unless we can exchange it for the value we possess (money).

Some people feel entitled in their quest for knowledge, the problem with this is that it makes one complacent and lazy.

Guess what?

Entitlement is already a big problem and the moment we begin to cultivate it in the quest for knowledge, we might just exist without leaving a mark or even thriving. There is the knowledge that can be easily accessed and there are some we have to pay for.

This is because there is the knowledge that technically slaps unimaginable value on our member. Learning to trade effectively with Crypto, is a type, of course, you can buy online, the reason is that when you're finally equipped with this knowledge, you can make money for yourself while transferring this same knowledge to another person. The value increases with time, inflation and change.

Free Vs Cost

Any difference?

This doesn't mean that free knowledge Cannot envalue or make us money. Sometimes we can sell free knowledge for money, but this doesn't mean that the knowledge we're selling didn't cost us anything. It could be time or effort. The value we get for knowledge can be non-monetary as well.

This type of value can impact us in ways that money cannot, however, the way we market, remodel or repackage knowledge can create instant value. For example, the knowledge of antiquity might seem obsolete, but man's interest in older commodities creates value where we might see no value, like I said, we can determine what should be valued. (I'll talk about this next time)
