Some two years back there was this Nigerian motivational speaker called Invictus Obi, he was actually so influential and wealthy that he made Forbes list of 20 most influential young people of the year and just probably six months into that be was convicted and sentenced to ten-years imprisonment for an 11$ million scam and it was so ironical that a lot of young people looked up to him, parents told their kids to be like him.

At 30 or so, he was already a millionaire living in the States with the world at his feet, success seemed so easy for him while it was difficult for a lot of people, what was the cause? Were only a selected people meant to succeed while others are doomed to fail no matter how hard they try?

What about HUSPUPPI? an internet scammer who made Money making looked so easy? Truth was that after Invictus Obi was sentenced for actually stealing people's money and fronting as using motivational speaking to become a millionaire, people never still got out of the ruse that there's a probability that most of these people who they look up to as their life coaches, their mentors and their psychological guide are just nothing like they actually carry themselves or parade themselves?

Yet again and again people fall for these scam rather than seeing the deciet and lies behind the success of these people I mean, isn't this outrageous? Come to think of it? What does outrageous mean? "Excessively bad"

So what Is Excessively Bad Here? I.e Outrageous?

That people often repeat the same mistakes over and over again and still keep repeating it despite the different lessons they've learnt. Life is generally difficult. Making money isn't easy. Becoming successful isn't easy, but then in the world a lot of people make it look like a piece of cake, were often sucked into this pressure despite understanding that in life's race everyone runs on different lane.

It's not a competition, it's a personal goal but what we see on television, from our personal motivators often want to make us do unthinkable things, these guys will tell you that they began their multimillion dollar business by using only 5$ and they'll fail to tell you the rudiments of how they became successful rather they'll tell you they're now successful and they only thing they did was to work hard.

If hardwork was easy, do we then need to work so hard in the first place? This is clearly rhetorical, I know Most motivational speakers and young people who are into shaddy business but then it makes it look like motivational speaking is an untapped source of wealth. Like an oil rig in your backyard that yields dividends.

How about another Outrageous Scenario?

Personally in my society, love is money and money is love, nevertheless young men like me hasn't given up on finding true love, you know? Maybe a princess Fiona who would personally inherit her father's billions then fall in love with broke people like me.

I know you're laughing right now. It's silly, it's unimaginable and illogical. But then this is not how it is, personally 95% of girls I've been with are suction pipes, they drain you for dead and leave you penniless, it's until they're gone you then begin to realise you've been drunk in foolishness rather than love.

So, The Climax Of Outrageous?

So what's the climax of this scenario? Climax is, I mentioned 95%. So why did I keep going after different girls even when it ends the same? (Leeching my pocket and leaving me for dead/broke), I mean isn't it Outrageous that I'm doing the same thing and hoping for a different result? It's because I still hope at true love and that makes it rather cynical and paradoxical.

I mean no one wants to le lonely, we need someone to be beside us in bed when we wake up but then sometimes I already know what will happen the moment I get into a new relationship, (hahaha) but then I still go ahead to do it. That it big dipst. and batst crazy and the highest point of Outrageous ever. But then, hope can be outrageous in itself, we end up failing at one thing and we keep doing the same thing hoping it'll come good, the human emotion, that sentiment can sometimes do Outrageous things.
