I got this book on Audible following a recommendation I heard on a recent podcast. I thought this book was entertaining. Hardy is a great narrator, has a lot of passion for what he does, and he provided many enjoyable stories and anecdotes. While the book was somewhat energizing and inspirational, it wasn't very detailed. This might be a book I would recommend to people who need some motivation for starting a business. But someone looking for more granular steps would need to look elsewhere. That said, if you are thinking of starting a business or becoming an entrepreneur, this book may be what you need to motivate you. If you are currently a moderately successful business owner, this book might be less valuable to you, but you will still take away a useful tidbit or two. From his website^:

The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster, will prepare you for the wild ride of entrepreneurship. It will warn you (of forthcoming fears, doubts, and the self-defeating conditioning of your upbringing and past), inoculate you (from the naysayers, dream-stealers, and pains of rejection and failure), and guide you (as you build those under-developed skills of independence, self-motivation, and self-accountability) safely past the landmines that blow up and cause the failure of most new businesses.

Hardy was the CEO of Success magazine and entrepreneur in his own right. Over the course of his career he has interviewed numerous successful CEOs and business people. He also has a few other well-regarded books.
