porque la ocasión lo ameritaba, estaba naciendo AMAZING DRINKS; y como el simple hecho de vivir ya merece ser celebrado, hoy les traigo otra bebida festiva, y es una receta de SANGRÍA BLANCA.

I already knew this drink, because it was served at a birthday party and baptism of one of my nephews. It is common that when children are baptized or receive their first communion in the Catholic Church, as part of the celebration, the parents provide the guests with sangria, either in its original version or in this different version, the White Sangria.

Esta bebida yo ya la conocía, pues la sirvieron en una fiesta de cumpleaños y bautizo de uno de mis sobrinos. Es común que cuando los niños sean bautizados o reciban su primera comunión en la Iglesia Católica, como parte de la celebración, los padres brinden a los invitados con sangría, ya sea en su versión original o en esta versión distinta, la Sangría Blanca.

+ Preparation time: I think that the most time that is required is 10 minutes, while the fruits are being cut (as long as they are already washed and disinfected). + Servings: With the ingredients I used, I got a good drink of approximately 500 ml. Note: The amount of ingredients may vary. You can increase or decrease the amount of wine and use whatever fruit you have available; for example strawberries, plums, melon, watermelon, peaches, pears, pineapple, etc., you have it available. + 150 ml of white wine (cold). + 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds. + 60 grams of red apple, diced (I used half the apple). + 60 grams of green apple, diced (I used half the apple). + 50 ml of syrup or syrup. + Tiempo de preparación: Creo que lo máximo que se requiere de tiempo son 10 minutos, mientras se cortan las frutas (siempre y cuando ya estén lavadas y desinfectadas). + Raciones: Con los ingredientes que utilicé, obtuve un buen trago tragos de 500 ml aproximadamente. Nota: La cantidad de ingredientes puede variar. Puedes aumentar o disminuir la cantidad de vino y usar la fruta que tengas a disposición; por ejemplo fresas, ciruelas, melón, sandía, duraznos, peras, piña, etc., lo tengas disponible. + 150 ml de vino blanco (frío). + 1 cucharada de semillas de granada. + 60 gramos de manzana roja, picada en cubitos (usé la mitad de la manzana). + 60 gramos de manzana verde, picada en cubitos (usé la mitad de la manzana). + 50 ml de sirope o jarabe. Yo usé el sirope de un dulce de papaya (lechosa) que había hecho, el cual volvía a aromatizar con hojas de higos. Puedes utilizar lo que tengas a disposición, incluso, cualquier otro elemento endulzante, como azúcar, stevia, miel, jarabe natural, granadina, refresco de limón, etc. + 10 cubos de hielo. + Vaso grande para sangría, shut para medir, removedores, (también sirven tazas medidoras), cucharilla, etc.

This recipe is super simple. The first thing to do is chop the fruits. I already had the pomegranate seeds ready, shelled. Likewise, the green and red apples were washed and disinfected, I chopped them in half, I extracted the core and chopped them into small pieces. I used half of each.

Esta receta es súper sencilla. Lo primero que se debe hacer es picar las frutas. Yo ya tenía las semillas de granadas listas, desgranadas. Igualmente las manzanas verde y roja, estaban lavadas y desinfectadas, las piqué a la mitad, le extraje el corazón y las piqué en trozos pequeños. Usé la mitad de cada una.

Now all the ingredients together, stir and the sangria is ready. It is advisable to let it rest in the fridge (without ice cubes) for two hours, so that the fruits impregnate the wine with its flavor and aromas. Ya todos los ingredientes juntos, removí y ya está lista la sangría. Es recomendable dejarla reposar en la nevera (sin cubos de hielo), por dos horas, para que las frutas impregnen con su sabor y aromas al vino. Diré con total honestidad, que esta sangría es más sabrosa que la versión original, es una exquisitez, una bebida digna para celebrar. ¡Salud!
