SPK Network | A Pleasant Experience Claiming and Staking My LARYNX Token Airdrop

Hello everyone. Today I received a message from one of my Hive friends who reminded me about the SPK airdrop. She wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on claiming the LARYNX Tokens. I thanked her, then proceeded to read about the project again. I remember reading posts a couple months ago, but didn't delve into it at the time. I wanted to share with you my experience in claiming the airdrop.

First, I read the post explaining how to claim your airdrop. Numerous comments suggested there would be an array of problems in the claim process. I felt I was in for a headache.

I logged onto the SPK site suggested in the post below with KEYCHAIN. To my surprise, no problems encountered. My account was visible in seconds. The dashboard was visible and straightforward.

I performed the following:

- clicked on the GIFT icon. My 1096.524 LARYNX Tokens were visible within seconds.

- clicked on the Actions drop down button. Lock appears to allow me to Stake my Tokens. Haven't decided yet how much I'll stake.

- clicked my username, and my recent Hive posts populated.

What is SPK Network The SPK Network is a decentralised Web 3.0 protocol that rewards value creators and content infrastructure providers. In a brief summary, according to the Community page, owner states:

"Over time, the SPK Network aims to offer decentralised storage, Token Creation, NFT creation, Immutable Breakaway Communities and direct digital ownership of the creator's account and digital assets on a Web 3.0, DPoS protocol where the creator cannot be censored by centralised gatekeepers. The distributed successor to the legacy Web 2.0 big tech censors will have no CEO and be jointly owned by all participants of the system who understand how important decentralisation, freedom and particularly, free speech are. When CEOs are replaced by protocols and gatekeepers become communities, we can take back our natural right to free speech, a marketplace of ideas and free, open debate."
