Making the semi passive income with gaming
Today I want to talk about making a passive income with gaming or just fooling around a bit. Not always do you have the time to game so much, but there are plenty ways of making yourself some profits along the line.
I would call it Defi to make it a bit more trendy, on the hunt for buzzwords. Lets see where we can make some profits without doing anything!
Splinterlands
In Splinterlands.com I have been hit pretty hard by the new rule system of the power distribution. Before I was easily capable with getting into Champion 2 league with my Level 4 cards, but with this new system I am totally stuck in the Diamond League. I would have to purchase a ton of cards to be able to reach the higher level and I think I have purchased enough over time. With playing and buying I have an account worth of like $700 dollars and I do not intend of levelling up my cards any more, but just playing with these and collecting along the line.
So I went to peakmonsters.com to rent out some of the doubles and summoners which I have. At this moment 4 of my cards are rented which is giving my $0.02 cents a day. This doesn't sound as much, but this is with these current prices about 1 HIVE per week. I don't intent on selling my cards, but it is nice giving them some use to give me some income while not doing anything with my cards.
So do you have some decent Splinterland cards and are you not using them? Rent them out for the playing who want to be in higher levels. Minimum renting period is 1 week, but that is perfectly fine right?

## Rising Star
Now with [Rising Star](https://www.risingstargame.com?referrer=karinxxl) you do have to do something, you have to click to start on missions. Now you can make this as intensive as you want yourself. Do you want to be active and have a better chance at getting pizza and free cards, then you can do the missions every five minutes.
But you can also do longer missions which are perfect for just starting and going to sleep and getting the starbits by doing nothing. At the moment I have a good deal of fans already so these missions are quite rewarding. For 2000 Starbits you have around 1 HIVE at the moment, so that is easy making that overnight with doing a mission. Talk about easy earning I would say. So sometimes I take some profits, sometimes I get more cards by doing more missions.

## D City
D City is a game I have only recently started in, so I am not really that much at home about the whole tactics around it. But the goal is to make a balanced city and get in the top 150 which will give you liquid HIVE for this.
So my tactic was to buy some stuff off of the market, which was all less than 4 HIVE. Why 4 HIVE? Because that is the price of a card if you buy it blindly. So everything cheaper than that is a win. Everyday some SIM token is produced by my city and I can see this back directly into my HIVE-enige wallet. As I am telling you. My stats are super small, but I wasn't willing to invest that much already, because I wasn't yet understanding the game. Does this have some ponzi over it? Maybe it does, because I don't really see where the revenue comes from, but that is something we will have to find out.
For now it is investing a bit, and literally doing nothing aferwards...I am capable of doing that ;)

So here are just three things you can easily do with your stake. It may turn out into something, especially the rising star cards are doing good business at the moment, as well as the Splinterlands cards, but this is all for you to decide.
Your precious HIVE doesn't have to be sitting there and doing nothing, you can use it for you!
