One of the things that I really love about Rising Star Game is that they tend to keep coming up with new cards. Not only is this really a good game in terms of taking profits, but as an NFT collector kind of perspective there is not a dull week of stuff going on.

Now around Halloween time last year already there was this mission where you were able to get limited edition Halloween cards, and this year the mission is back!

The first thing you would need is a 'Scary Mary' card to get this mission going which can be found in packs which you can purchase. In some previous seasonal mission I was gifted with getting the playing card very fast, but that wasn't the deal with Miss Mary for me.

I bought 24 packs costing me 200.000 Starbits which is around 71 HIVE (damn when I put it like that this looks kind of radical honestly), but I also sold a card which gave me around 94000 Starbits to make these purchases because I wanted this card.

But...no luck for me in this one so eventually today I got one one the market for 46500 Starbits which is reasonable for the scarcity of the card. Now I can finally do my Halloween mission to get the 'No Face Bass' and the 'Drop Dead Drums' card. Hmmm, this all sounds very nerdy but it is just good fun honestly.

The fun actually is because of these buying of cards I do with in-game balance meaning that these purchases are not costing me any actual HIVE.

And also with these 24 packs naturally there were also some good draws in there which also are worth a lot of Starbits. I caught a couple of Stigs who are 6900 on the market now (okay that is not so much honestly), but miss Slither here is currently on the market for 74000 Starbits, so there is almost your 100K investment back in those two cards.

Also this 'Custom Import Kit' is worth 40K on the market and then ofcouse there are 30 other cards which come along with that. I think that bying a 12 pack is almost always worth the costs of buying your pack.

Now it is time again for a couple of days to collect some Starbits again. I need to pool some of them to get some Starpro for the next wristband and apart from that the market for Starbits is still looking good to me. People say Splinterlands is a money machine (which it is) but Rising Star also has the good for it.

With their new card blending function I found that they again found a new way to make cards more scarce aka getting them more attractive to hodl. And the more you hodl, the better your missions get.

How people don't see Rising Star as a game with a decent ROI is a mystery to me. Don't tell anyone though, it might just get too popular
