Do you remember those animations where a person would suddenly have a certain, amazing idea and a little yellow bulb would come up above their head?

Well, that was what I felt at a certain point of this day. I had to make a payment in cash, but the amount I was told was different (more) than the one I had calculated.

What would you in that case? Would you ask them why? I guess so. I did not. I was too shy to do so. I figured that he should be right, I should be wrong.

But as the time passed, I tried to understand where I was mistaken.
And the mistake was nothing else, but me.

I should have asked. I simply should (politely but still) say "Can you please break down the amount? How does that sum up?"

Nobody should take advantage of you. But also, you should not allow that to happen. Asking, Searching, Querying, should be the default position.

It is not about the money, but it is also about the money. You should not allow yourself to loose by mistake even a tiny fraction of money. Not because of the amount, but because you should always get what you are entitled to.

And this is the second thought I did.

It is important that you have a big plan and smaller stepping stones. It does not matter what it will be, usually it is ok to start small but also ok to start big - if you have a dream.

If you are missing a dream, maybe that is a problem that you should first look into. What is that you are dreaming of? What is it that you wish for? What do you need to do to get to your goal?

These random and not so random thoughts crossed my mind today, and I was happy to have a new opportunity before me! I will announce it soon, but for now I can say that I will probably be writing blogs for a new Greek crypto website :) How cool is that?
