This is one of the most important tip which will help you become successful in any career choice. Every successful person has followed this very important tip. To be persistent is not easy or a child's play. The ability to continue doing something you believe in, even though you are not seeing any positive sign. It is quite difficult but a must have attribute of every successful person. In life generally, everything takes time and effort before it becomes success. Imagine, you just planted a flower, before you will see the beauty of the flower, it will take your effort over a period of time, right? That's persistency. You will put a seed in the ground and you will start watering that spot everyday. In a week, you won't see any changes, but you till continue watering it morning and night. And eventually you will notice a bit of something growing out. That's a sign of encouragement but that isn't yet the beauty you are looking for. You will keep watering it morning and night for several weeks or even months, before you start seeing the beauty of the flower, you so desire. And after you have gotten the beauty of the flower, will you stop watering? No, of course, because if you stop, the beautiful flower will start dying. So, you continue watering every day, although, the effort you will be using now, will be less than the effort, you used when starting the process and also, by this time, it has already become a habit.

This flower experience is exactly how life really is. You start a new vocation, for the first couple of months, you might not notice a positive effect, in the financial aspect as well as your knowledge in the field. But after some couple of weeks or months of persistency, you will start noticing some good effect from your persistency. You will start earning from your skill and you will be feeling as though, you have good understanding of your skill. After some more months or even years, of doing what you are doing, you then start getting what you truly desire from your skill. And this is where some people miss it. As soon as they have gotten to the stage, they so desire, they take their legs off the paddle, they stop to water the flower. What will happen next? The flower will start dying, right? What this means, is that, even though you have accomplished your desired goal in your career, for you to still remain relevant, you need to continue putting in the effort. This is the power of persistency that have made so many people rich. Don't you always ask, why is the person even working hard, even though he is wealthy. Is because, the person has practiced the power of persistency and it has become part of him/her and they can't stop. If you desire success in your career, you need to understand the power of persistency and develop it.
