¡Hola Hivers! Espero que se encuentren de maravilla. Aunque esto pueda resultar difícil en nuestro ecosistema Cripto y especialmente a todos los que hacemos vida en la Blockchain de Hive, debido a la caída del Bitcoin y de todas las Altcoins. Es probable, que este mercado bajista, nos haga sentir preocupados, tristes o con un sin fin de emociones, si no estamos preparados para esto. Así que, hoy desde mi perspectiva, te cuento que hago yo, para mantener la cordura y no perder la cabeza ante esta situación.

Although this may be difficult in our Crypto ecosystem and especially to all of us who make life on the Hive Blockchain, due to the fall of Bitcoin and all Altcoins. It is likely, that this bear market, will make us feel worried, sad or endless emotions, if we are not prepared for this. So, today from my perspective, I tell you what I do, to keep my sanity and not lose my mind in this situation.

Al estar inmerso en el ecosistema Cripto, estamos expuestos a la inestabilidad de nuestros capitales, bien sea porque salgamos beneficiados o perjudicados por los movimientos agresivos del mercado.
Being immersed in the crypto ecosystem, we are exposed to the instability of our capital, either because we benefit or are harmed by aggressive market movements.
Ahora bien, puede resultar algo agobiante estar en este mundo y manejar las criptomonedas, si no estamos preparados para enfrentar caídas tan importantes, como la que estamos viviendo. Pero tranquilos, si nos preparamos para estos momentos, sabremos manejar nuestras emociones y mantener el control. Así que pasemos a lo importante, ¿Qué hago yo cuando estoy en situaciones como esta?
Now, it can be a bit overwhelming to be in this world and manage cryptocurrencies, if we are not prepared to face such important falls, as the one we are experiencing. But don't worry, if we prepare ourselves for these moments, we will know how to manage our emotions and keep control. So let's move on to the important thing, *What do I do when I am in situations like this?
Acciones que realizo | Actions I perform
✔️ Primero mantener la calma, respirar y pensar con cabeza fría (ya que las emociones pueden jugar en contra).
✔️ Mantenerme positiva y optimista, sin caer en fantasías (tenemos que tener los pies en la tierra).
✔️ Si dispongo de capital, compro criptomonedas a bajo precio, para luego aprovechar el alza.
✔️ Congelar mis criptomonedas, es decir, mantenerlas en HOLD hasta esperar a que el mercado se estabilice y tienda a la alza. A menos de que tenga una emergencia y haya agotado mi dinero fiat.
✔️ No invierto todo mi capital en criptomonedas, pienso que siempre hay que tener dinero fiat en efectivo o digital (en mi caso en dólares), para nuestros gastos o inclusive para emergencias.
✔️ Distraerme con otras actividades y olvidarme de los gráficos bajistas que me pueden arrastrar a la tristeza jajaj.
✔️ Compartir con mis amigos cercanos mis opiniones, al apoyo grupal ayuda mucho.
✔️ Rezar para que el mercado vuelva a subir (esta es opcional jaja y también una broma) un poco de gracia no cae mal en estos momentos. 🤣
✔️ First keep calm, breathe and think with a cool head (as emotions can play against us).
✔️ Staying positive and optimistic, without falling into fantasies (we have to keep our feet on the ground).
✔️ If I have capital, I buy cryptocurrencies at low prices, and then take advantage of the upside.
✔️ Freeze my cryptocurrencies, i.e., keep them on HOLD until I wait for the market to stabilize and trend higher. Unless I have an emergency and have exhausted my fiat money.
✔️ I don't invest all my capital in cryptocurrencies, I think we should always have fiat money in cash or digital (in my case dollars), for our expenses or even for emergencies.
✔️ Distract myself with other activities and forget about bearish charts that can drag me to sadness hahahah.
✔️ Sharing with my close friends my opinions, to group support helps a lot.
✔️ Praying for the market to go back up (this one is optional haha and also a joke) a little grace doesn't go down badly at this time. 🤣
