My local Real estate market is Bizarre and should in a massive decline and yet it's up 8%. The local market Rental rates for 1 or 2 bedroom suites are in Canada's top 20 highest. Sure, the Real Estate board, all the Municipal tax authorities, and the banks that hold underwater mortgages don't like that on their balance sheets. Living below our means is a lost art Sis. A save for what really matters.
