The Dogecoin effect 4: The Crypto Side of my Stack and #HPUD

With still 6 LTC left in my hot shopping Litewallet, it is time to set aside the shiny and focus on the Crypto.
Despite the epic plunge in the Crypto markets, a new chapter have opened for me to get into the Crypto Sphere. Selling off tranches of my 85k HODL of Dogecoin over the last three months I can reveal what I have got in place. I know I’m showing more than I really should but… what the hoot!
On the Portfolio side...
The Stable coins USDT and BUSD have been used to take advantage of the lower prices already.
From now on I consider this my new starting positions and it may not change much come this December.
I dreamt of owning a decent Crypto portfolio (Portfolio Goal of $5K USD) to go with my precious metals stack, now thanks to some Electric car maker dude and a crazy meme coin, THAT Goal was smashed for far more than I expected.
I should mention that this post should not be taken as Financial advice, but rather as a personal log entry of my Journey in the crypto seas, and I finally made it off the beach.
Also, I have two excited Nephews who were talking cryptos and so I sent them each 1000 Dogecoin ($0.51 at the time) as their starting capital to see what they can accomplish. They reacted like it was a surprise Christmas gift. This still leaves me with 15k Dogecoin of my original HODL.
Then there is the HIVE ENGINE business…
I put 2500 Dogecoin into Hive Engine, exchanged most of it for Hive.Swap
Purchased; 250 Leo, thanks for making Leo cheap by flooding into CUB guys. 120 Utopis, looking forward to dividend Mondays, love passive Income. 5 SPI, when it’s a fellow Stacker, why not top up a bit. 50 Archon, it’s my duty as a Mod on Ladies of Hive Discord. 30K Kanda, perhaps I can top up some more of this though Telokanda postings have slowed recently.
Now I got some remaining 478 Swap.Hive and 711 Swap.Doge looking for a place to go? Don’t know where yet. I am currently considering putting some funds into @cvault’s proposed Canada Community token! Perhaps buy more Utopis from @chronocrypto with awesome results so far, then there’s the latest hot token #pob, or maybe finally get into the CUB Defi craze too.
Choices, choices, choices.

For more than three years of my time on Hive I hated having a Dust vote, as my account grew the value Hive dived. I admit to feeling discouraged and being on Hive on a Part time basis didn’t make it feel any better, just slower. I learned to develop a longer termed patience. Time to put the dust vote behind me.

Oh, that felt so good. I may just like to do that again from my USDT funds!
Let this represent my continued commitment to this blockchain, I believe in our Hive Community despite all its flaws, but they all seem small compared it’s real-world use and potential.
