Corona Virus Lockdown And Keeping Spirits High With The Splinterlands Game – Day 13

Happy Easter to you all, the celebration has been low key as churches are not open for service. We however followed the online church service via YouTube live broadcast which was still cool. We are on day 14 of the lockdown and it was confirmed yesterday that the lockdown will continue and this time there is not termination date, we are told it will only end when the doctors and scientist confirm that it is ok to relax the stay at home order.

While some understand the need to keep the lockdown in place to safeguard the lives of those that are not already infected or increasing the risk of spreading it, others are not finding it funny especially the less privileged amongst us. We have been helping neighbors with the little we can but things are beginning to get tight as the days of lockdown is been extended.

I got the Water splinter today and was existed because I thought it was going to be an easy battle day but after the first game ended in my defeat and the second one ended in a draw, I had to adjust myself and change strategy.

Rewards day 162

I don’t really know what to say about my rewards for completing my daily quest. I thought it improved a bit yesterday but today it took a nose dive, I guess the upside is that I got a DEC opening worth 237, Yee haaa! Lol. The remaining rewards were some Common cards, some Legendary, some Alchemy potions and a bunch of DECs.
