Corona Virus Lockdown And Keeping Spirits High With The Splinterlands Game – Day 15

It is the fifteenth day of the corona virus lockdown in the commercial city of the nation, the road blocks are still in place and things are not getting better at all in the area of people getting food to eat. People are really hungry and getting desperate, which is causing people to act in desperate manner. In the area of the recovery numbers for people that caught the virus, we are getting good reports though as more people are recovering which makes the virus not look like a death sentence any more as people had thought when the breakout of the virus started. Much thanks to our medical personals who are at the forefront of the battle against the virus.

We are seeing a lot of suggestions about what people can do to stay healthy and eat fine with different easy to make meals that people didn’t think about before. I hated eating Quaker oats as a kid because it wasn’t sweet but at my age I am now forced to like it because it is health and fills the stomach easily. We are eating in smaller rations to keep our food bank in good sharp for the two more weeks we are going to be on lockdown. The shock of the extension announcement is over, now is time to adjust and re-strategize for how to survive the rest of the lockdown because it is getting harder to get food as supplies are getting low and the cost of getting them is going higher.

I got the Earth splinter today and changed it to get the special type of quest which is “win three battles without using neutral monsters”. Now that is a hard quest as I always say because you are doing battle at a disadvantaged angle because your enemy is not going to do battle with the same law binding on them.

My strategy is to use monsters that are anti magic reflect to help reduce the enemy life, use tank heal to sustain the life of my tank and use monsters that are fast with blast or poison to help diminish the enemy monster health at a fast rate.

Rewards day 164

Another day of low rewards, this is getting outta hand I tell you. I got one Rare card, some Common cards, some Legendary, some Alchemy potions and a bunch of DECs. Are there people still getting Gold card or is it just may bad luck? Lol.
