Corona Virus Lockdown And Keeping Spirits High With The Splinterlands Game – Day 22

It is day 22 and people are beginning to get worried about the increasing rate at which more people are infected. Hunger is chasing people out of their houses to look for food as very little is left. I heard a man arguing on the telly this morning that the number of people dying of hunger is more than the number of people dying of the corona virus. Things are not just easy this time however way you look at it, the crime rate is also going up and this is another big problem. I pray we survive this and move on to better things ahead because life is precious and we really need to value the time we spend on earth.

I got the Dragon splinter today which was pretty tough as because I kept bumping into some mean guys that were up to no good as regards my progress in the game. Because the summoners I had were the high mana once in the dragon league, I turned to non dragon splinters when the battle mana was on the low side. I used monsters with magic reflect, thorn and return fire whenever I had the opportunity as this helps reduce the health of the enemy monsters. I also used the self heal monsters in the dragon splinter like the Gold Dragon and the Red Dragon, it ensures that they don’t only deplete the enemy monsters but they also regain some health when the enemy monsters cause damage on them.

Rewards day 171

Another low run day for the daily quest loot chest opening which saw me receiving just one Rare card, some Common cards, some Legendary and some Alchemy potions and a bunch of DECs. It seems the rewards are going lower each day for the past three days now, I hope something good turns up tomorrow.
