It is better at staying near peg now than it was, but it still demonstrates quite a bit of instability. The mechanisms theoretically should work, and will work once the system expands. Current lack of market depth and the inability to attract big market makers are, in my opinion, the cause of the exhibited instability. Since mid August to date the HBD price has been consistently below $1, trading in the range of 0.91 to 0.96.

Its just not quite there - - yet.
