Wonna be a 1 week temp content creator for LBI?

Hello LBIer. Here's something I have been looking to suggest for a few months now but as I really only get Thursday free and it's not that important, I've had to wait. Nothing important just something I thought I would throw out there. So in a nutshell, the team content have been posting consistently from day 1 and it's been months, im calling for holiday tickets. 2 weeks per year.

The current posting set up for LBI is

@hetty-rowan posts Sunday, Monday, Tuesday @taskmaster4450 posts on Wednesday and curates 7 days @silverstakceruk posts Thursday, Friday and Saturdays

How would this work? Each of the content teams would receive 2 weeks per year and the year runs from week 1 to week 52. I think it would be awesome to make a list of users that would be interested in posting content for @lbi-token for 1-2 weeks to cover Hetty or SSUK or curate 1-2 weeks to cover Task.

There would of course be some compensation for your time in the form of LBI tokens. Not sure exactly how many each person would receive for their week's work, I was thinking 30-50 LBI's for a week but then the price of LEO gone and crashed a little. So right now, that's up for a chat. Would do you think it fair for 1 week of temp work. PS, I dont care what the min wage is in your country, lol. You cant say the min wage is $10 per hour when you spend 2 hours writing a post that earns about $3.50 ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜‹

  • Each content team member is given 2-week holiday tickets per year

  • They will give 2 weeks notice if possible

  • We require 6 people per year to take 1 week each, people can take more if they wanna, in fact, it's encouraged.

  • We would like 10 names because what people wanna do today and what they wanna do in 4 months is sometimes not the same thing.

  • We will give people that have nominated themselves at least 1 weeks notice but prob 2 weeks.

  • And then we sort posting keys and a few instructions on discord. Nothing serious but we dont want you to be writing a review for crypto called "Pedo" are something.

  • If covering taskmaster4450 for curation, past experience is a most as curation is our biggest earner and we cant be letting some crazy self voting person go to town with our 250k LEO balance.

  • When the job is a job, you'll get a big pat on the back and bag of LBI tokens.

Let me know what you think. People need breaks from time to time, we have 250 LBI's in the kitty for use and it could be super interesting to see what others would do with 3 posts directed to LBI token holders. And also, what is a fair amount for a weeks of temp work.
