Pancakeswap exchange annouces new initiative; stake CAKE and earn eGLD
Pancakeswap just announced through their Twitter channel that Elrond has been added to their syrup pool. The list of tokens/coins flammable by staking CAKE seems to be growing daily.

While a twist was added as you could stake eGLD and earn Cake in return. This is the first time such an initiative has been enacted on the pancakeswap. It has always been about staking CAKE and getting other tokens in return.
Being part of this initiative is very easy as all interested part needs to do is to buy CAKE and stake on the pancakeswap. To get CAKE, convert BNB or BUSD to Cake. It's available on numerous exchanges. At the moment one cake costs $1.15
Although Elrond (eGLD) Coin was launched last year December, the value has multiplied in the space of 2 months. They are currently running an awareness campaign for 100 days and are on day 21 at the moment. This is a setup for the coin, although Elrond has partnered with several other blockchain and Coins since their inception. The price of eGLD stands at $48.13 at the moment.
This might be a new milestone to the Elrond network but to the Cake community , it's just another initiative to the growing list of Coins to have partnered with. Having partnered with Bnb, yet, svx, jug , psg, roma, ctk, hard, band, ink and a whole lot of their Coins.
